 The sinking of Rainbow Warrior

The sinking of Rainbow Warrior, codenamed Opération Satanique, was an act of French state-terrorism carried out on 10 July 1985. The event was described by France as a "covert operation" by the "action" branch of the French foreign intelligence agency, the Directorate-General for External Security (DGSE). During the operation, two operatives (both French citizens) sank the flagship of the Greenpeace fleet, Rainbow Warrior, at the Port of Auckland on her way to a protest against a planned French nuclear test in Moruroa. Fernando Pereira, a photographer, drowned on the sinking ship.

Alain Mafart and Dominique Prieur: Posed as a married Swiss couple ("Sophie and Alain Turenge"); they were arrested by New Zealand police, pleaded guilty to manslaughter, and were imprisoned before being controversially repatriated.Jean-Luc Kister: The combat diver who actually planted the limpet mines on the hull of the ship, who publicly apologized for the operation decades later.

Louis-Pierre Dillais: Commanded the overall operation in New Zealand.

Christine Cabon: Posed as a volunteer named "Frederique Bonlieu" to infiltrate the Greenpeace Auckland office and gather layout details prior to the attack.

The Ruling: UN Secretary-General Javier Pérez de Cuéllar issued a 1986 ruling requiring the imprisoned agents, Alain Mafart and Dominique Prieur, to be transferred from New Zealand to the French military base on Hao Atoll for three years.

The Transfer Order: New Zealand Prime Minister David Lange and the French government abided by this international ruling to move them off New Zealand soil.

Early Repatriation to France

Alain Mafart: Ordered back to Paris on 14 December 1987 by French authorities under the guise of urgent medical treatment, after which he was quietly set free.

Dominique Prieur: Repatriated in May 1988 by order of the French government because she was pregnant.

For going against the will of the people, and releasing a foreigner from a New Zealand prison for a terrorism, spying, subversion or espionage offense. 

And doing this without a referendum.

The only exception to my opposition to the death penalty (other than military field execution of insubordinate soldiers engaging in battlefield atrocities).

Is to chop up all politicians with a machete who allow a foreign terrorist, spy or subversive to go free after they're convicted.

And chop up their family too.

And do it by bounty system outside of the courts and police system. Where the treasury pays them a $20 million bounty directly for chopping them up (to be shared - with additional payment if many people had to get involved). And the whole of the cabinet is guilty.

You just have to do a referendum first.

It’s about sovereignty.

Also, to comply with the orders of the UN should be a crime for a New Zealand politician or bureaucrat in the first place. But don’t worry about it. For Chinese politicians, they should just probably have to comply with orders of the UN though.

And there is no statute of limitations on this one. They can still get you decades later. And your mum and sibling and children too. And there is no territorial restrictions. Anywhere they go is fine.

The person convicted just has to do the full sentence, unless a referendum of the people disagrees.

The next best alternative is just to executed these people. Subversives and terrorists.

I’m engaging in hyperbole or something.

It is meant to get you to think.

For example, we have a couple of hundred thousand foreign nationals in our society from a country who shall not be named. And those guys might actually be guilty of treason, subversion, spying and terrorism. Mass assault, surveillance and sexual molestation and prostitution without paying taxes. And of using prostitution as a form of terrorist funding. And of gang activity.

Should the people be convinced to life in prison? Thirty years in prison? Or death?

The good thing about the death penalty is that you can’t extradite them later.

Whatever you do, don’t send them back. Convict them and at least let them do something like years in prison. It’s just the only issue is that if you give them prison sentences, then they might get let out.

The other alternative is something like what was done in Indonesia. Which is perhaps more expedient. Execution by death squad. But I think that would hurt the heart and soul of new Zealand more than is necessary. And maybe set the wrong tone for the future we wish to have. Instead, life in prison and total seizure of all assets for all foreign subversives associated with this criminal gang of techno-Buddhists. They’re crypto-Buddhists because they push mind modification based on Tibetan Buddhism.

They are pushing idio-cracy.

As a means of making everyone easier to govern.

Which is Buddhism to a “T”. Make them vapid, easier to govern.

In all seriousness,

Treat it as a criminal gang. And put them in jail for 10, 20, or 230 years just for gang affiliation and gang related crimes.

But also convict them of many, many crimes at the same time! Normal crimes!

And also use gang laws to seize assets.

Treat them like gangs and gangsters. And put all of them in prison just like the El Salvador gangs. Same architect and construction style too.
