Paul and Criminal Charges

My father, Paul Solt, is an ITTF certified professional table tennis coach. He specialised in coaching women’s table tennis and youth table tennis. He is currently awaiting trial on charges of child molestation. He likes kissing little girls and touching them in between the legs (allegedly). There are multiple very serious charges against him. He is out on bail, but only on the condition that he is confined to his mother’s house in Karori. He is basically under house arrest.

The girl in question is thought to be half Chinese and half NZ European. And was about 11 years old at the time.
He has violated bail at least twice. Once by going to a prohibited location (the local swimming pool, he is banned from there). And once for coaching another little girl in table tennis (he is banned from coaching table tennis). He has been rearrested twice. And he spent several weeks in prison over the Christmas break.

He used to be the vice president of table tennis New Zealand.

And he was the president of Wellington table tennis. His Facebook said that he was president there for 12 years. He was also a prominent coach at Wellington table tennis for many years.

He accompanied the woman’s NZ team to Zagreb international tournament.

His son Matthew had a paid job with the ITTF.

Paul also has/had a business selling table tennis equipment. This was a significant source of income to him.

He was chairman of the board at Lake Taupo Christian School. He owns and has run an explicitly Christian business (Kingdom Music) for many years. His brother-in-law Andy Foster used to be his closest friend. Andy Foster used to be mayor of Wellington and is now a member of parliament.

My father attacked me at my home three years ago. And tried to break in. And threatened to have me institutionalised. And then lied to the police about it. He also tried to have me institutionalised (filed a section 8b).
